1. Service Agreement
By using Shine Finish, you agree to our terms of service. We provide professional cleaning services based on the parameters selected in our booking wizard.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to reassign our professional crews.
3. Liability
Our crews are highly trained and insured. In the unlikely event of property damage, claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely. The estimated price provided by the wizard is subject to on-site validation if property conditions significantly differ from the selection.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the cleaning service is performed.
